PART 2: The cast exploded… and took her lies with it.

Chapter 1: The Sound That Broke Everything

CRACK.

The sharp explosion sliced through the hospital room like lightning.

White dust burst into the air, drifting slowly over polished marble floors. Conversations died instantly. Every head turned.

At the center stood a ten-year-old girl, her small hands gripping a jagged piece of broken leg cast.

Doctors froze. Nurses gasped. Even the machines seemed quieter.

“Are you insane?!” the elderly woman snapped, her voice trembling with fury—and something deeper.

But the girl didn’t react.

Didn’t blink.

She simply raised her hand and pointed.

“Tell her to move her toes.”

The doctor hesitated, confused. He glanced at the patient’s leg—perfectly still under the blanket.

Then… a twitch.

A toe moved.

A nurse dropped her clipboard. The echo rang like a verdict.

The girl stepped closer, her voice calm, unnervingly steady.

“So why did you lie?”

The room shifted.

What began as chaos turned into something else entirely—

Suspicion.

And the beginning of a truth no one was ready to hear.
